That's more a pothead idea than a drunks idea.... last one I heard of before this two was GF shooting BF while testing the vest previously they been on a smoke binge. Now, the marine drunk that shot himself twice while cleaning his gun was a Classic example first time dropped the gun and shot himself... did not noticed being shot so he continued cleaning his gun and then again dropped the gun shooting himself again. Medics found two Bullet Holes!!!! I had been around people in High Estate... some made it to Heaven or to Hell before they sober up.
Arkansas. That says a lot. You NEVER point a firearm at ANY living thing unless you intend to kill it! That is the cardnial rule. Two dumbfucks there.
