As gory and horrific as this may sound initially, I think maybe people holding signs with photos of injuries due to gun violence--specifically those done with AR-15 assault rifles--should be displayed in front of those conservatives waving their abortion pictures in everyone's faces.

As a conservative/libertarian I'm completely alright with abortion. We kill enough of each other and other peoples children every day so should we place any special privileges on our own children.
At the end of the day we all have the potential to be monsters. The only difference is some deny what they are and some of us accept what we have become.

They won't care because it will be "fake news" or actors pretending to have been affected by our lax gun legislation. The only thing that may change their mind is if their family suffered from a shooter's violence. Otherwise they will turn a blind eye.
