Satanism is a religion. So we're not making fun of religion, but rather fighting against religious privilege and against any one religious sect that attempts to impose their religion upon others.
We are NOT the same as The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster or anything like that. Satanists take our religion seriously even if we may embrace blasphemy and use humor in our protests.

So inured is the general public to the idea that there is only one monolithic voice of “the” religious agenda that any attempt at a counter-balance — or assertion of a minority voice — is often viewed as a targeted provocation against those who enjoy traditional religious privilege.

Wait, you're posting in the satanic group now? Why? When I posted my Baphomet poem a year or two back you were hostile towards it to say the least. You always came off very anti satanic so why post or comment in the group for atheistic Satanists?
