Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.One of the most frustrating things I have done, is to explain the difference between Cajun and Creole in music, cooking and culture. It boils down to Cajun is based in southwest Louisiana (Acaidiana) and New Orleans is the home of Creole culture. So country verses city.
