Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.They forgot to mention that the concubine's owner was a priest, that she ran back to her fathers house first, but that he dragged her back by force. And that it was he who handed her over to be raped and abused, possible as punishment for running away. And lastly, they also missed out that his way of checking for vita signs when he found her dead, was to give her a kick.

Not surprised. The Bible is one long horror story of violence against women.
@Killtheskyfairy Very true, it is hard to justify violence, but if god ordains it then you have authority behind you.
Those idiot conservatives want to ban books? Why don't they start with the bible because everything they find offensive is in the bible.
