I see maybe only one to two people a week smoking outside when I’m out and about.
Yesterday I was surprised to find a guy holding a big cigar, first time in three years back.
Apparently rates of smokers at 8% of the population is half of ten years ago.
@Zealandia interesting. I never mentioned smoking but the 10 cents sounded appropriate.
