For east coasters, or those willing to travel, Would there be interest in a Sunday-after-thanksgiving, burn off the extra calories hike?
Location TBD, but the closer to me (roughly Roanoke VA) the better. ?

I will be willing to meat a group of hikers on the blue ridge hiking trail..( Humpback rock.. just south of 64)
Anyone interested on that? its a good 5 to 6 hours trip for me from the Eastern Shore of VA

We will decide on a location once it's clear who is interested. I'm leaning towards McAfee's knob.
@CallMeDave I will have to pass.. since it would mean another 2 hours extra drive from my location..
Will have to wait for the summer when me and my son can camp on the ridge for few days.
