Has anyone in Seattle done this? It might be worth meeting up and having a tour.
Yes I have done this, years ago before it became trendy. It was interesting. I also went on an interesting art tour. For big projects a city law said that 1% of the costs have to go into art. The underground bus/subway has a lot of art that is not noticed by most people.
