@evidentialist Sephardic is not exactly it.
Another point of the book. If there was a category I would say middle eastern or just Yemenite older community, since biblical times. Also I'm a reader, have done a little authoring and worked for a publisher.
@Irainbrooklyn And just across the gulf of Aden is Ethiopia, home to some of the earliest Jews to follow the teachings of Jesus, another Jew - just in case the world's evangelists forget!.
