At my 'stage of life' I really need to worry about infertility (not). Sage is one of my favorite herbs and had a good patch (until some mint took over). Right now my tea of choice is Lemon Balm. It is supposed to ease the motor mind one often gets in the middle of the night. It has worked. Thanks for the info.

I did not know that about lemon balm. I have that issue myself sometimes, I will have to get myself some lemon balm and make some tea. Thanks for sharing that bit of information.

I love lemon balm.💚🌱

@Redheadedgammy I found a recipe in "People's Pharmacy". It called for equal parts Lemon Balm and water. Add sugar and steep for several hours. Then reduce the mixture into a syrup. I simply dry my Lemon Balm and steep it like regular tea. Since it's an herb you cannot over steep it.
