The left hand has a splint which extends several inches beyond the hand and it has become a real nuisance. Luckily, I have lots of friends bringing over food and a couple are vegetarian. Maybe I should give one of them this recipe.

@Sheannutt A friend, who is not vegetarian, called and said she was making vegetarian, GF pasta prima vera. She has been trying to make GF baked good but it never works. The noodle one can buy all over and she is using some home grown ingredients.
@Sheannutt I made an appointment with our doctor in the clinic. I need to have these bandages changed and maybe I won't look so scary. The appt. is soon so I will have to leave.
