Here’s a quick easy recipe that is 100% vegan, but everyone will love it. Rice and beans is simple and delicious. First I sauté garlic and onions in olive oil, then chop up a red bell pepper and toss it in, add organic black beans after that’s all softened up ...all while the rice cooker is doing its thing. Seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, black pepper and Tumerick, Red pepper flakes added on the plate. Corona beer, no lime... By the way not all beer is vegan, but Corona is?.
One suggestion: After soaking the beans, drain (but keep the water - see bottom link). I rinse the beans daily and keep them near a warm place until they sprout. There is supposed to be a sprouting chart at this link: [nutrition-testing.com] but I couldn't find it. Black beans sprout fast.
