I'm settling in at home with the travel restrictions and discovering I like to garden. I've been growing some vegetables and flowers.
I've been an atheist for just over 6 years and have some rather interesting stories of my time as a gospel clown, preachers wife and super strict mom. (No Chucky Cheese visits because it was a form of gambling)
I work from home as a technology manager which means I'm comfortable in an IT environment but I understand the operations side of things. I am happy with my job, it provides me with opportunities to challenge myself and help people.
I like to wear my atheist t-shirts and I volunteer with Recovering from Religion. I listen to a lot of pod casts, love going to atheist conferences and really enjoy discussing politics, religion and quantum stuff.
I am socially liberal but understand fiscal constraints and have many libertarian leanings. I prefer to understand the relevant data before forming an opinion, but have been known to form an opinion solely on gut feelings.
I think most people are good and want good things but we disagree on how to get there or sometimes what is good.
I live in a nudist resort, tend to work too much and I'm terrible at karaoke but if you give me a couple shots of fireball I'll attempt it anyway.
I love to laugh, dance, swim, kayak, exercise, drink wine, create things and watch you tube videos about stuff like quantum entanglement or the history of language.
