For the most part, I’m just your average nerdy guy. When I’m not teaching, I’m usually reading a book, watching TV, or playing various kinds of games with my friends. Beyond that, I would say that I am fairly firm in my beliefs. I’ve been a nonbeliever for years, and I tend to associate myself with people of similar beliefs, not just in terms of religion, but also in regards to politics—I’m a very liberal-minded person and will voice my opinion, perhaps too often, especially when it comes to education. I've seen my friends' circle dwindle over the last several years as each moves away, starts a family, or begin a new career
