Let me introduce myself. I am a chef with more than 40 years experience. Currently, I work as the chef and house manager at a transitional house in Granada Hills, CA.
I was born in upstate NY, but grew up in Australia an Australian father and American mother. Moved Australia in 1963 and returned America in 1993.
My father passed away in 1980. And my mother passed away in 1990. I have a brother and sister who both live in Australia and also a grown son and daughter living there too, They have both blessed me with two wonderful, adorable grandchildren who I have yet to meet.
Besides being a chef; I am also a video editor with 25+ years experience, a drummer who has toured the UK and played with the late Bo Diddley, and when I had a workshop, I also built furniture and painted.
