What do you do with a second hand hearse?
This occurred to me this evening when I drove past one.
I've seen ambulances re-used as delivery vehicles. The suspension on those babies is second to none.
But a hearse?
And I'll jump in with the Harold and Maude reference. Ta da!
But seriously, I don't know what happens to second hand hearses. I'm now interested to drop into a funeral home to ask.
Any ideas?
They are probably a great buy. They never drive too fast, they are always washed and waxed, maintenance and repairs are probably kept up, and I would expect them to be low mileage.
If you own one you can probably get some work picking up bodies at the hospital and delivering to the funeral parlor.
Agreed. But reverse parking would be a bitch.
