Does your brain and your mouth have separate
agendas at times ?
Oh hell yes..constantly!
I thought it was just me.?
@Wildgreens no you in a Biiiigly club...
I got off a particularly difficult phone call, tossed my headset on my desk and heard they guy at the next desk laugh. And I asked him, "did I just say what I was thinking out loud?" Yeah, I did. My comment was "jeeeesus." FML, that is not something I want to say out loud at work ever!
It can be a cuss word...I have said it myself as a cuss word, because I wasn’t calling on a guru!
Oh yeah.... i can overload my ass in a heartbeat. On certain topics i get overwhelmed by stupidity and become stupid myself.
Not you.?
@Wildgreens remember the saying... what are you that argue with an idiot???
I most certainly suffer from 'foot in mouth' disease.
???
As a child, I was afraid my thoughts would appear in a "thought balloon" over my head, like in cartoons.
My goal is to be kinder and a better listener. I try to be tactful and clear.
I do think that has happen to me, in the not to distant past! Mostly, I try and keep them working together! (Love your bio!)
Most definitely!! Lol. I'll know that I should be filter what I say to people and it'll come out blunt, unfiltered and aggressive anyway. I don't mean to be rude but I'm a straight forward no beating around the bush type guy
Yip,& when i reached puberty my penis devolped a mind if it's own!
???
Yes. Thankfully my thumb and mind are in lockstep so this message is coming through unaltered.
Sometimes I don't know when to shut up. Either I talk too much or not enough.????
Unfortunately yes! Especially when the cerebral cortex and the frontal lobe aren't getting along...
At least we know why. ?
