Doctors couldn't wait to write prescriptions for Oxy, tried to insist I needed it although I was doing great on Tylemol....literally poised over a pad with pen in hand, I had to say No 3 times!
DEA is outta control, has been for years...i agreed with reining them in.
I believe re-educating doctors is helping a lot, they had been browbeaten into "no pain equals better healing" which is actually true up to a point.
