Why are people shocked that Republicans were letting children be forcibly separated from their parents at the border? They are letting Americans walk into American schools and shoot American children with high capacity guns. They tried to elect a man accused of molesting teenage girls a US Senator. They are taking away food and health care from American families in need. Republican politicians don't care about American children (once they are out of the womb) , what makes anyone think that they care about immigrant children?

Yes, in November Americans and the world will see exactly how many Americans actually and sincerely care. Especially among the 50+% who traditionally don't vote. in 2016, 100 million actually. [washingtonpost.com]
