Oh, how stressful, and sad for everyone involved.

Here in Thailand I live in apartment buildings but I usually feel like I'm the only one in the building.

The walls are concrete block so I hear nothing, even though all the rooms have balconies and the sliding screen doors to the balconies stay open year around.

The Thai themselves are a quiet, polite people.

Such a shame.
