In areas (most of the world & getting worse!) where water quality is iffy at best, breast feeding is the Only safe food for young children.......boiling water to mix formula does not remove toxins, only bacteria. Plus the labor to gather firewood and even the water takes away from other food gathering. Formula-sellers are criminals within the definition of laws!
