I mean someone who can have a conversation without disrespect. I think you should be able to communicate with someone your differences in a constructive manner that allows for more understanding and even would allow changes of beliefs and ideas. People who would rather tear the interlocutor down than address the topic at hand is a useless conversation to me.

I can have great conversations on any subject...you get to decide which "side" you take. But I am also sometimes a jerk......
