Who hasn't?
I haven't. My career required lots travel but never ti there. I am not sure Nevada anywhere. I have been to Montana several times, Wyoming, South Dakota, Seattle, Washington, Oregon, but not CA ether. The one big perk of my career is if my project went well, I could go looking for the local historical sites, which gave me good incentive to get done LOL.
I love it there. I don't drink or gamble, or even watch the shows, but even luxury rooms have GREAT rates, and there plenty of hiking trails and prime birding spots in the area.
Still, I sometimes paused while walking through the hotel lobby to plunk a quarter in a slot machine, so I could casually mention to friends at home that I had gone "gambling in Las Vegas."
Well they host about 40 million tourist per year so quite a few. Personally I've been probably a few dozen times. I think of it as a Disneyland for adults. I do like to gamble and always figure I will lose, so it stays fun for me.
Have no interest in a potemkin civilization outpost that is completey unsustainable. Will never go.
I've been there quite a few times, but it's been a long time ago.
Several times for several different reasons. It is not my idea of a fun time but I am glad I got to visit it just to see.
I changed planes there, once. Not interested in it's fakery.
I lived in my truck in the hills west of Vegas while I worked there building homes. It was a good place to make money, as long as you didn't turn around and lose it too.
Twice ... both times on business. Used to have a client in Vegas. One thing he pointed out to me was that uniquely in Vegas it's very hard to get a personal loan from a bank because it's so common for people to borrow money to pay (and feed) gambling debts.
Needless to say, it wasn't a very impressive town ...
One secret to Caesar's Bacchanal Buffet is to arrive a scant fifteen minutes before the changeover from the lunch menu to dinner menu. Then take your time slowly eating your tiny starter salad. Eventually, the dinner menu items such as The Australian spiny lobster tails and beef wellington will be wheeled out and you will wind up eating dinner menu items at lunch prices.
I will keep this in mind
