Had a root canal done because the radiation kills your teeth. Got zero pain meds....for a cancer patient. I was told to take Tylenol...WTF?! When I said I had a tumor in my liver...they told me to suffer.
Thank the Gods for cannabis!!! but it shouldn't have been this way.

@MissaDixon which part? Smoking is almost instant. Edibles or extracts take time though.
@Deanervin Edibles... smoking it was too much the first 48 hrs or so.

Wouldn't stronger pain meds also be bad for your liver?

I have cancer...so my liver is shot anyway...and being in pain delays healing.
Tylenol 1500mg (3 tabs every 4 hours)is an incredibly effective short-term pain reliever, do not dismiss it! But of course not for liver patients......
Did you ask for an alternative? Because if the answer was too bad so sad I would get a new provider!!!
