Is this true? I mean, that there is some kind of meat product in the vaccine...it seems Highly unlikely, as vaccines are simply dead or less-vicious forms of the actual disease

It isnt' just muslims in Indonesia. far Right Wing groups around the world, including the U.S. have created anti-vaccine movements.
The only real purpose of such groups is to sow discord mistrust and to create chaos, so the "do gooders" will be busy and they can distract from other kinds of nefarious deeds they are doing.
