Let me describe the culture/societal framework I wish I resided within.....

From Middle School and On, Philosophy is a mandatory subject in school. Middle schoolers are taught in their philosophy class about pragmatism, stoicism, mindfulness, and logical fallacies. Books the schools will teach with are The Philosopher's Toolkit, Logically Fallacious Academic Edition, Stoicism And Emotion, and Stoic Pragmatism and from there students are taught to seek out the works of other philosophers and write occasional book reports on other philosophy books of their choice.

In this setting debate is as much of a cultural phenomenon as all sports in American society combined are a cultural phenomenon.

In this societal setting there are two concepts of respect with different rules, the first concept is respect that is due to all life in which mainly pertains to acceptance of difference and some level of diversity while not acting with cruelty or malice, the second notion is in heightened levels of respect that we should in fact be careful about as granting an individual or ideology such also grants it stability and power that can be abused to the detriment of others.

In this cultural setting it is considered immoral to disrespect or mistreat another human being over their sexual orientation.

Pedophilia in this setting is considered a very serious mental illness and if someone is proven to try and claim that such is instead a sexual orientation they will be able to go to trial on that basis with a possible result being exile along side a mandatory sterilization process. Further more an adult kissing a child on the mouth is considered a red flag that might get a child taken from the adult's custody if proven to have occurred after which the child will undergo therapy to see if any sexual abuse may have been going on over a time period of six months in protective custody.

It is considered equally rude to try and pressure someone into talking while they are eating in this societal setting as it is considered rude to talk with your mouth full. Burps and farts are not taboo in this setting, they are considered natural bodily functions and nothing more while toleration and understanding of such are viewed equally as a matter of virtue in this setting as saying "Excuse me" after burping or avoiding flatulence around another in American culture is considered the appropriate norm. In this setting shaming someone for a natural bodily function is in fact considered rude while some self regulation in regards to flatulence is expected in terms of attempts to freshen the air.

The education around nutrition in this setting teaches you to not overdo your consumption of calcium and to eat primarily low carb foods, the grocery stores reflect this as well where products with actual sugar are rare and you are more likely to see products with erythritol, Xylitol, and stevia as in this setting those three sweeteners receive a government subsidy. Most foods in the grocery stores in this setting are nutritionally fortified while many of them are intentionally laced with prebiotics and probiotics. Someone who's body has a good score in their vitamins, minerals, and protein in their medical testing while also showing that their body is producing beta hydroxybutyrate is considered to be on a healthy diet.

By law, all toothpastes sold in this societal setting must contain either Xylitol or Erythritol.

One area of research in medical health that receives significant funding in this societal setting is thyroid health and foods may sometimes be genetically modified in an attempt to make them healthier for thyroid health. Another area of study is in the study of human microbiomes and the relation between someone's microbiome and their overall health.

The most popular sports and physical activities in this societal setting are ones that use foam weapons, Dodgeball, Hockey, Skiing, Water Skiing, Paintball, Tennis, Racquetball, Skydiving, swimming, Hang gliding, and Bowling.

In this setting polyamory is considered equally acceptable as monogamy. If a polyamorous person demonstrates excessive jealousy they are deemed poorly suited for polyamory, while if someone in a monogamous relationship cheats they are considered poorly suited for a monogamous relationship. While in either relationship type consent is important, it has more varying importances in the polyamorous relationships as your partners must be able to consent any additional partners coming into the equation as well as consent to your activities with them. Further more, people who are overly controlling of others are considered unfit for either relationship type.

The communicational norm in this societal setting is to make inquiries and to greatly discourage the treatment of an assumption as if fact. If you want to become an outcast in this societal setting, no better way than to show that you have a tendency to treat assumptions as if fact.

In this societal setting, people can't distinguish the difference between anger and temper tantrums..... and as such anger is considered a trait of emotional immaturity and a lack of self-examination.

In this societal setting, openness, honesty, and straightforwardness are considered virtues, those who do not practice such as considered deceptive with an exception being strategic non-straightforwardness in some debate settings in which will better prime people to recognize attempts at such while also helping someone in a debate get their opponent to state a specific line that they are able to refute. Further more, over-reliance on body language or reading body language is culturally discouraged out of respectful recognition for those with autism and other conditions that may offset the accuracy of such.

The economic hierarchy in the societal setting is based vastly on Maslow's Hierarchy Of Human needs and people generally live within communal settings consisting of 150 to 250 people max (See Dunbar's Number). You either live within a communal guild for self-actualization and community service, or you live outside of one and are served by one to an extent while rather than striving to become self-actualized you settle for serving someone who has achieved said status by working for them for payment. Those within said communal guilds are required to do so many hours of community service per month to "Pay for" their rent while the requirements for getting into such a guild are quite strict in terms of passing several rigorous tests and evaluations over a six month period of observation and assessments on your character.

In this societal setting, celebrities are replaced with people who have achieved self-actualization and have proven themselves to be decent role models as I agree that bad role models only give glamour to bad traits of character and celebrities are simply bound to be viewed as role models by people.

Voting rights would only go to those who have passed a yearly psychological/critical thinking screening evaluation.... someone of any age is welcomed to take such a test as such is voluntary but the lower the age that someone passes such a test, the sooner philosophy will begin to be taught in schools as such will be considered the determining factor for such.

The sexualization of breasts in this societal setting is considered inappropriate for the public space and is perceived as to being only equally acceptable to foot fetishism and hair fetishism as this societal structure emphasizes requiring a legitimate sexual function for a part of the body to be truly considered sexual (Anything in the "panty" section is considered sexual). Nudist colonies are unhindered in this societal setting and are considered an example to learn from regarding acceptance of one's body and restraint from sexual urges that may defile another's rights as a human being.

Serious crimes in this societal setting can result in someone being required to pay a hefty fine and be court ordered to undergo a reproductive sterilization procedure, be exiled to an area outside of the control of said societal setting, or be utilized as a tool of labor in a confined location similar to a prison system for a set timeframe determined by the court system. In some cases the mandatory sterilization procedure goes hand in hand with one of the other two options. The fines paid are divided between two trusts, one that people can take from to get sterilized for free by their own choice, and one that goes towards funding orphanages and foster care systems.

In this societal setting, child protective agencies are overseen by a group that is tasked with ensuring competence in both investigation and consideration to the detriment of cluster personality disorders and their traits while both separate organizations have the power to submit a court order for family therapy and/or a psychological assessment on an individual.

Fashion in this setting is considered an essential means of self-expression, formal attire will consist of what an individual personally considers to be most fashionable while casual wear will be more centered around comfort. The acceptability of any form of self-expression is completely dependant on whether or not something is harmful, while in said harm assessment heavy emphasis is to be placed on assessing what harm is purely from the reactions of others, and what harm is truly inherent to said means of expression. Any conflicts from such will evolve society and culture over time for this setting.

Humor is considered a great virtue in this societal setting and comedians are often praised for their contribution to the emotional health of the populace as laughter is considered to be an essential backbone to the therapeutic essence of society.

Holistic Hospitals are allowed to exist in this setting, however they must abandon any treatment that is critically proven to not be effective in treatment of a condition. The true purpose of a "Holistic Hospital" is to offer a critique of Holistic medicine while occasionally perhaps updating what the standard hospitals have to offer thus create a motivation for "holistic medicine and treatment" providers to actually come up with and offer treatments that work rather than repeatedly peddling snake oil. Further more, people are expected to be logical and wise and so any harm that comes to them through accepting said treatment is considered to reflect to a slight extent an acceptable level of natural selection. The standard hospitals in this societal setting start out much like a standard hospital in America would be. One of the great standard Hospital chains is the Secular Anne's Medical Center (See what I did there? By replacing Saint with Secular you essentially build the basis for imagining a humanist ran hospital). I don't think highly of holistic medicine, however a few things I found within such do indeed work such as the use of pinhole glasses and eye exercises to improve my eyesight as I've used such to improve my glasses prescription multiple times.
