Listing to this storm report. I got to thinking I know this is a dangerous thing. If there was a very strong puls laser in a satellite could this be pointed at an eye of a storm and superheat the core causing evaporation? Would this work in the respect of eliminating the danger? We have the technology to do it.

Not likely to destroy the storm , though .

Would reduce t some.

@azzow2 The eye of the storm is calm = no winds blowing . Shoot a laser through the eye ( the calm space ) , and it would simply heat the upper surface levels of water a bit .

@Cast1es Right changing the density of the water molecules.

@azzow2 Exciting the electrons ?

@Cast1es Just like air cool water sinks so my thinking is to create a gravity reaction inside kind of confusing the water molecules.

@azzow2 Any physical rules as to whether it will make the storm better or worse ?

@Cast1es It would more than what is done now which is next to nothing. Just like any experiment trial and error.
