Here is an answer I get when I point out that an NFL receiver scores a touchdown and thanks the lord. Then I ask why, when he dropped a pass or fumbled that he doesn't chastise the lord. Or curse at the lord? They always say, god works in misterious ways. What a crock of shit.

Because Gawd Cares who wins that game! He/she/it doesn't give a rat's ass about starvation, abuse, wars, etc etc etc but, "Go (insert your fav team here)" oh yes indeedy!
