"If you don't do stupid things while young then you won't have anything to laugh about when you grow old" ...... (Thanks Democrats for ruining it for future generations)
Everyone knows kids party and do stupid things, and make bad choices sometimes that some of them will regret later on. We all grow up and realize that some of the things we did or thought of was wrong. Some learn from their mistakes and some never do. The difference is what you say and how you act about it later on. Being able to take responsibility for the things you do, or have done, and make a sincere apology for it where it's needed shows that you have grown out of that behavior. But if you deny, lie, bluster, finger-point, and refuse to answer questions by stalling or side tracking shows what kind of character you have developed, and you would be unfit to make sound, impartial, unbiased judgments for others. And doing so for a lifetime appointment could have serious negative repercussions for a long time. That is something we don't need.
That's a good point, as opposed to just shooting the messanger. Point taken.
I rather say what I think than how I feel on this particular instance. For you all with kids in highschool, if you think they get together at someone's house (particularly when parents are out of town) to socialize and talk about the meaning of life. If you don't realize they play beer games and other stuff, harras both ways, go crazy etc etc then you are ignoring a fact that based on this precedent, will come back to hunt them with the complication of Smartphones where a picture will place them in the wrong place regardless of what they may or may not have done. If you don't find this disturbing well, I do. If your solution is call me stupid, insensitive, evil, blind (yes, I have seen an optometrist), white privilege (so ridiculous since you don't know if I am purple or whatnot)....oh well, that's the best you can do then that's the best you can do.
Yeah. If you can’t assault women when you’re young then what stories will you tell your grandchildren? ?
Fun is fine until it crosses the line and traumatizes another.
