You've read the warnings. you may have been approached. sometimes it's hard to tell when you're about to be scammed but it won't be hard to tell for long. being a greeter, i created a greeting and it gets sent out to new members without my further knowledge unless the greetee decides to thank you, which is not necessary but is nice. i was thanked in this case too, but then the greetee asked me how i was doing... potentially innocent enough but i got a weird feeling somehow. i chose to continue chatting so i could get enough evidence for it to be obvious to anyone what was going on, so that i could report the person in question. i shall paste here the entire conversation (so far), including my greeting. if you are astute you will see early on what COULD be going on, and not long after that what IS going on. the ones signed "g" are mine. the ones after that are his. there are no paragraph breaks in our chat so a break means change of speaker. at least once he spoke twice in a row. it won't be hard to keep us sorted.
