IMO when low wage people earn more money they spend it. This creates demand for goods and services. It spurs the economy forward.

@HippieChick58 Thanks for your support. I remember when they looked at Mitt Romney's tax returns they discovered he had invested heavily in the Cayman Islands, Switzerland, and Bermuda. His money did nothing for our economy.
