Think I will join my neighborhood monthly meeting. At least I'll meet some neighbors; my objective is to help progressive candidates running for city and county offices. It's a new endeavor for me; haven't been active in politics.

It is a duty I've avoided for many years. 
@EdEarl this just reminded me that I was involved in my earlier years! I sat on a street in my little town of Norcross, when GA, had hardly any Republicans, and got a partition signed to get a Republicans on the ballot! Who knew I would someday feel shame for that! I have worked the polls! Got to get busy again!
