This is just one of many theist false dichotomies. If you don't believe in their god, you "don't believe in anything". Which is patent nonsense on its face. I am a skeptic and invested in critical thinking skills, so I am selective in what I believe and so do not believe in the unsubstantiated (and especially not the unsubstantiatABLE). Sadly for theists, their beliefs fall under that category. Atheism is a side-effect of critical thinking. My real problem is my requirement of evidence, and a theist's real problem is their utter inability to legitimately fulfill that requirement.
