Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.How can consciousness make progress? It either is or it isn’t. At most you could say that the mind’s clarity of decision making can improve, by moving things from a dogmatic basis to a more fully understood basis. I would say that “... the progress of Understanding” would be a more correct ending for the statement.
