Standing outside the famous skater's Paradise in my hometown. I look around and I notice that the door to the building is open. I walk in, lights are very dim. I hear a noise from the concession stand, but no one's behind the counter. I looked around. I'm the only one in this building. I walked toward the corner of the skating rink. I see the primary color lights flashing on the ground. No music is playing. I spotted a figure on the other corner of the skating rink. I wonder what that figure is. Then the figure came into play. It's..it's a Clown. Strange, just a typical clown. White face, blue and red outfit, you know a clown! He spotted me looking at him. So, he stares back. I start seeing him move toward me. his arms move back and forth trying to pick up speed to get even closer to me. I tried to move from the corner. I can't.. my arms and feet are paralyzed. The closer the clown got the scarier I became. He stopped a foot in front of me, then starts studying my face. I can't breathe,I can't move. Why can't I move from this corner? As I am struggling to try to escape. The clown opens his mouth and utter these three words “You're gonna die.” ...... then I wake up, trying to catch my breath. feeling like I've held it for a long time.
I've had this dream, at least once a year since I was a little kid. I'll be 42 next month and yes I've had that dream again this year. Strange thing though I'm very fascinated with clowns. They don't really scare me. But in the dream, this one does.

CREEPY! Ever talked with a professional about this?
I talk to a psychiatrist friend of mine a few years ago and she says that there's got to be another meaning behind it.
@MoniB Most importantly, I'd say.....what's YOUR thinking about it?
@LucyLoohoo I think I watched a lot of killer clown /horror movies growing up and still to this day. And since I'm fascinated with clowns that dream constantly sticks with me even though it scares me half to death...... But I don't know. Haha
@MoniB And perhaps your mind associates those awful clowns with the (very normal) fears we suppress every day?
@LucyLoohoo hmm... That's a possibility.
Thank you
Well, the clown isn't wrong.
Very true.
