We hadn't decided before leaving, but we ended up going ot Horse Brass Pub (SE quadrant) for their wonderful fish and chips. They have a wonderful selection of craft beers there. They have a parkign lot in back of the building accessed via an ally way (parking lots for businesses are rare in Portland).
@snytiger6 I’ve been there a few times. One of those rare bars without TVs or a happy hour menu. Quite popular from what I understand.
@snytiger6 Aw man, you just had to mention fish and chips didn't you Mr Tiger? Think I'm gonna get some cod at the local grocery store on my way home from work today...
