I made clam chowder today.
That's all. Oh - and my clam chowder is better than your clam chowder, because I have two special ingredients: Love, and the tears of everyone who thinks their clam chowder is better than mine.
I'm not known for my cooking, but I am known for making some pretty good clam chowder. I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur of chowders, and we have some contenders in the Pacific Northwest, where I spent the first 50 years of my life.
There is no "better" but maybe "different" and what tastes best to you. I prefer my chowder to most of the chowders I get in restaurants.
I'll bet mine is better. I also add crab meat and tiny shrimp.
