But you are missing the point. The NRA and their gun and ammo manufacturers MUST make a profit. At all cost....bigger, badder, cooler looking guns sell. AR-15's in every home with 100 round drums!! Home defense for sure!!! After all, ya gotta be prepared for them illegal aliens coming from Mexico who want to rape and pillage our country and take our jobs and wreck our whole country.

In my honest opinion, Americans are so OBSESSED with their guns and armaments that they are simply like babies with a specific comfort blanket, i.e. they fear being deprived of them thus imagine that in doing so they will lose their 'manhood'.
Grow up Seppos, there are NO English Redcoats coming to take away your country, not that it EVER truly was your country in the first place, anymore, your Constitutional Amendment re- Carrying Firearms is passe, out-dated and irrelevant these days, you are slowly wiping each other out for NO REAL reason what-so-ever except to assuage your own shortcomings, etc, etc.

Thoughts and prayers, and no mandatory training and no or little oversight, and semiautomatic weapons that no hunter really hunts with and besides, in many if not most states, a hunter can only carry three bullets in a clip during deer season. Look to Iceland: over a third of the population have guns (there are polar bears there) and not a single homicide in four decades.
