I am also happy about Rohrabacher losing. I got a kick out of political ads opposing Rohrabacher prior to the midterms showing Rohrabacher's political ads from 30 years ago SUPPORTING TERM LIMITS. Guess he changed his mind...?

What a dirt bag Rohrabacher is. We had a similar experience with renting to a couple of Harvard lawyers. They were in Tempe as visiting law professors. I inspected the home a few weeks before the lease ended. I told them that the house would need to be professionally cleaned because it was so dirty. Especially the kitchen appliances. They promised they would have it done. As they were moving out the last of their stuff, I again spoke to them about professional cleaning. They told me they were waiting to have the house emptied and would now get it done. I trusted them. They were respectable ASU visiting professors, after all. On the last day of the lease, I came back to check things out. Nothing had been cleaned. They had left the state to somewhere on the east coast. I wrote them and asked them to cover the cost of cleaning. They replied, in a letter, that according to AZ law did not require them to clean.

Moral(s) of the story:

1. Put it in the lease
2. Don't trust lawyers
3. Don't rent to lawyers
4. Learn for your mistakes

Good riddance! I lived in his district for several years, hating that he was my “representative.”

Some of the best news today. 20 years of that crap to vanish; too ugly, even for faux news to hire.
