That's what I run into every time I'm invited to a potluck. There is virtually nothing I can bring that will please everyone, so it's really difficult to even bother. I just bring something I don't mind bringing back home. At least I know I'll eat!

Our meal was a potluck and there were some foods with gluten. There was so much to select from it wasn't a problem. All of us were vegetarian + those not vegetarian don't exactly go hungry at a vegetarian potluck (often they are first in line).

@JackPedigo Wine and booze are go for these.

@Marine Actually someone brought some interesting ciders (true ciders are always hard). One was mixed with Black Currant and one had fir tips and ginger. [finnriver.com]

@Marine In this case it should be a sacrament.
