Of course he lied. That's what he does.
He needs Saudi money. The country doesn't, just 45.
That's why he lies about the arms deal, that's why he lies about Iran.
He needs Saudi money. So he'll say anything he thinks will help him keep getting it. He doesn't care about who they murder.
