Nothing I like any more than having my sleep pattern out of whack. Fuck insomnia.
Reading puts me out or gets me half way there. I walk 5 mi. everyday which is another add on. You only need to go two miles one way and its4 to 5 miles trying to figure out how far you went especially if you change the route. 1 and a half hrs. is about the clock if you can do an 18 mi mile which is just a brisk walk.
I feel you. Went to sleep at midnight. Woke up about half an hour ago. It's 4:30 am now. Prolly shouldn't have eaten all that chocolate. Mmmmm! Chocolate! ☺
