Pattern? What is a pattern? I know of no such thing.

My solution to insomnia, is to listen to NPR or the BBC when I go to bed. If it doesnt' put me to sleep at let I'll learn something.

Reading puts me out or gets me half way there. I walk 5 mi. everyday which is another add on. You only need to go two miles one way and its4 to 5 miles trying to figure out how far you went especially if you change the route. 1 and a half hrs. is about the clock if you can do an 18 mi mile which is just a brisk walk.

I feel you. Went to sleep at midnight. Woke up about half an hour ago. It's 4:30 am now. Prolly shouldn't have eaten all that chocolate. Mmmmm! Chocolate! ☺

I'm Sleepless too and know why. I took a nap today. An unneeded nap that screwed up my night.
