Any of you out there firm believers in science, logic, and philosophy. Tired of the rediculousness of man made religion?

I love the scientific method. Because of that, I loved my college mathematics Number theory class!

@irascible Yes, his totient function!

Science doesn't care whether I believe in it. Philosophy and logic lend themselves to what I think of as scientifically principled and irrational behavior equally well. What that means to me is that science suspects and governs itself where philosophy and logic require suspicion from the observer because they are fickle little shits.

So, I rely on science directed by the scientific method. Philosophy and logic I can only partly trust, they are two-timers after all, when they too are reined in by a methodology to keep them reasonably honest.

I'm a firm believer in science, logic, and some forms of philosophy. I don't have a real high opinion of the arguments of Descartes and others who use God arguments in their philosophy.

Never! I'm fascinated by how people thought not just over centuries but over thousands of years.

This defines most of us, we are after all, Agnostics and Atheists.
