Obama, Hillary, Soros, Comey, Pelosi, they all had their turn in the right wing media barrel. Some still take a turn now and then. Rep. Ocasio-Cortez is now getting her turn, because even right wing propaganda likes a new face every so often, and the perception is that a novice young politician with an ethnic name and a few public mistakes under her belt is a good target to bully. I don't know if the novelty will wear off, but even if it did, this is how these dickwads run their operation. This will backfire on them, as the article predicts, by galvanizing her support. This is the name of the game in 45's America. I wouldn't worry too much about the congresswoman, she looks like she can take care of herself.

What Public Mistakes? She had never taken public office. I do feel sorry for the Good Man that ever will be her Husband. You are Absolutely Right, I may add... they make a Villain even if You are not a Villain.Daily there is something about her... every freaking day in faux news something about her! ...and that brings me back to "her public mistakes".
@GipsyOfNewSpain She's made a few statements about the amount of money wasted by the military that were exaggerated, according to this article. That's all the bullies need to attack, and i do know she is still a private citizen until she is sworn in. I doubt that will hurt her in the long run, but when bullies find someone who seems to be a good punching bag, they keep punching.
@zeuser I am a former Military and I can tell you A Lot of Money is Wasted in The Military... It does Not even touch the Military.... goes Straight to military contractors... I had been Part of that Too.
@GipsyOfNewSpain Of course. But AOC incorrectly put the number into the double digit trillions in a public statement. You can't solve a problem if it is inaccurately described. Now, you and I can do that with no real scrutiny or penalty. A member-elect already in the right wing media cross hairs does not have the same forebearance. She'll get better at this, but her convictions are, IMO, correct.
@zeuser Yep.. You are 100 Percent Correct and I Salute You... she is in the Cross Hairs. they spent more money and time on her than on Pelosi... we create 5 of those and faux news will go bankrupt.

The difference is that she will take the advice of those around her and improve herself as she gains more experience...she will find people who can verify and give her more accurate factual information...she is willing to admit she is wrong and make corrections...
There is a huge difference in not knowing and making mistakes, and plain lying...the latter being what the D does...
Her inexperience and naivety can be remedied but her character is already there as well as her passion and caring for others;
The D can't be fixed.

She was on Colbert. The FOX"News" NRA/Trump/Republican Party should be very afraid.
