A man, down on his luck for many, many years gets down on his knees in a forest and prays.
Suddenly a voice comes from out of nowhere saying, " Yes, my child, how can I help you?"
The man asks the voice, " God, is it true that a mere dollar to you is as a million dollars to we mortals?"
The voice replies, " That is so, my child, that is so."
The man then asks, " God, is also true that a mere moment to you is as a million years to we mortals?"
"Yes, my child," answers the voice, " But why do you ask these questions?"
The man replies, " Because I have no money to feed. clothe or house my family, God, I am praying that you will see your way to give me a dollar."
The voice answers, " I'll need a few moments to think about that one my child, I'll get back to you later."
