They should be challenged in the Supreme Court but probably no good at this time.

@Countrywoman . . .yes but increasingly these stoopids are being challenged.
Atheism is covered by at least two parts of the 1st amend.
These are atheists. They do not question if the person is good or bad they just assume they are bad people because they do not observe a religion. You can even be a person who attends church once a year and state you are a christian and be better liked than a person who is honest and states they just do not believe in a god.
