So, parts of the American government are shut down by order of POTUS45, because he wants America to pay for the wall that he said Mexico would pay 100% of.
Am I correct on that?
If so, isn't this abuse of power, and in effect unconstitutional, as this makes him tyrannical.
Since so many government employees are missing their pay, POTUS45 and his minions should elect not to take their pay either?

Yes you are correct...there are about 100 clips taken during his speeches before the election, and a whole lot more afterwards, where he states Mexico will pay for it. First clue he is/was an idiot, methinks.....

You are correct on that, and yes, in my opinion, it is an abuse of power. Not taking their pay would be purely symbolic, and would not even begin to address the problem. The wall is simply a stupid idea and the only reason tRump is being so adamant is because of his idiotic campaign promise, which is broken already because Mexico is NOT going to pay for anything.
