Nahhh....they know what we mean and we know what they mean. Also, sometimes for both sides it is convenient to "pretend" that we didn't. It's an old and long two way street and we like it that way.
@Peter ..... Just to make sure, I did not mean my comment as a joke by any means. That's how I see it. Let me expand a little bit, I have been in the UK many times ( bussiness and vacation with my family) and have quite few friends here in the US, the memories built so far have been always great. I am not saying this must be the story for everyone, but it is mine.
