I am happiest when I can just be me without thought. It took me 50 years to figure out that is TOTALLY in my own control. How do you maintain your equilibrium?
I recently picked up loom knitting and find it helps take my mind off all the bad and suck life has to offer.
I never pretend to be something I am not and I willing let people go when they don't like who and what I am.
I accepted the asshole me, the compassionate me, the me that has ran head on into danger and would sacrifice my life for others as well as the me that wouldn’t hesitate to destroy a thousand to save a million.
This is me and I wouldn’t want to be anyone or anything else.
It’s simple define yourself except yourself and love yourself and then doing so for other people will become natural.
I "try" to stay calm and patient in all situations. I'm a good person, but I will not waste my time trying to prove it to anyone. Just enjoy the journey.
