Snow day project: re-purpose scrap material

I got these rough hewn boards as separators between my stacks of trex decking, and thought they might be of use. I cut down a couple of these last summer and found they were pretty solid. So I thought I address my "project jones" by ripping some of them down and making something to address the clutter of cook pan lids that clanked around in my cabinet. It sanded down to a very smooth sheen, so I'm not sure I will stain, but a few polyurethane coats are in the plan at least.
